Vanitee is an online service based in Singapore that connects beauty professionals to clients. They presented me with a scenario, where customers who booked online services at a promotional discount asked for additional services during the appointment. When they received the email receipt with the billing summary, they were confused why the discounts were not applied to their entire bill.
I reviewed the email receipt being sent to customers, and identified the shortcomings as shown in the following image.
Here’s my redesign that addresses the issues pointed out in the original design.
